What is the Check-in and Check-out time ?

Check-in is possible from 5pm and check-out must be done no later than 11am.



Is there a parking space ?

Yes, all our habitations have a private parking space.

Are bathroom towels provided ?

Yes, towels, dishcloths and of course sheets are provided. For La Turquoiserie and Papaye, towels are also available for the swimming pool and the beach.

Is there a rental contract ?

Yes, a rental contract will be sent to you at the time of your reservation. You will need to sign and return it with your 30% reservation deposit. 

Is cleaning included in the stay?

No, cleaning is not included. It is charged at a flat rate of 50€. However, the accommodation must be cleared of rubbish bins and the dishes washed and stored before you leave.

Is there a washing machine ?

Yes, all of our habitations are equipped with a washing machine. 

Booking cancellation
  • In case of cancellation at the latest 60 days before the arrival day, you will be reimbursed, minus 100€ for administrative costs.
  • In case of cancellation at the latest 30 days before the arrival day, you will receive 50% back from your deposit. 
  • No refund for cancellation within 30 days before the arrival date.
Are animals allowed?

On prior request only, we can accept, depending on the accommodation. A flat rate of 30€ is charged for a small dog.

Can we smoke inside the apartments?

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside any of our habitations.

Is there a baby bed provided?

Yes,  there is an umbrella bed in all of our habitations, free of charge with sheets and blankets.

Air the apartments air-conditioned?

The rooms are air-conditioned. But our apartments are designed to be very open to the outside world, which does not allow us to air-condition the entire apartment.

Are there public transports in Guadeloupe?

We strongly recommend that you rent a car, as public transport in Guadeloupe is not developed.

How can I easily navigate the roads in Guadeloupe?

We strongly recommend that you rent/buy a GPS or, even better, install an application on your mobile phone, in order to get your bearings easily.

We use Waze. Activating our cellphone data. 

Here we go can also be a good alternative, if you do not have a connection to mobile data.
